Position Overview
We are seeking a hands‑on Power Apps Developer with strong experience designing, configuring, and developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, and basic familiarity with Dynamics 365. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
The developer will support and enhance enterprise applications, including the MPP platform, and contribute to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Power Platform implementations across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment phases.
Design and develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources.
Build and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Deliver solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, and custom integrations.
Conduct end‑user training and create documentation for knowledge transfer.
Develop and refine Power Platform standards, best practices, and governance.
Provide hands‑on technical expertise in solution architecture, configuration, and security.
Participate in daily Scrum meetings and provide status updates.
Support production operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates and roadmap features.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in Power Platform development.
U.S. Citizenship (required for Public Trust).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field).
